Andromeda
| Although this is credited as being a Gene Roddenberry production, he passed away in 1991. The series was designed by him before his death however it was only after his death that production actually began on the series. The premise is that the galaxy along with two others are controlled by an all power organisation. However the organisation is betrayed. During the break-up, the star ship Andromeda is involved in an incident which renders everyone unconscious for a couple of centuries. When they regain consciousness, they discover that the galaxies are now in a state of turmoil. Dylan sets out with his crew to return the galaxies to some sort of normality. The main computer of the ship Andromeda appears in a human form during the episodes. There have been no films
produced in connection with the films yet. |

| | Laura | December 7, 2006, 12:28 pm | | One of my favourites so far! I love this show! Pitty they didn't make the Nietzscheans more intellectuals, as they claimed to be themselves. It would've been more interesting to see them with art or science in their lives, not only with war. What if most of them had been like Rhade or Tyr? Even if bad? Bad guys with art in their lives. It would've been more interesting. |
