Buck Rogers

In 1987, Buck Rogers jets into space in Ranger 3 spacecraft. His life support systems cut out in an accident and his body freezes. As a result, the Ranger space project is cancelled. He is awoken by a Draconian space craft and sent back to Earth. He is treated with suspicion and has to prove he is not a danger to Earth. During the time he has been frozen, Earth has gone through a nuclear war and the planet has changed drastically since he was last here. In the second television series, he journeys into space to track down colonies of humans who have made new worlds for themselves. Along the way they are joined by Hawk who had threatened to kill every human he ever saw after his mate is killed by one.

Are they going a new Buck Rogers tv show for the Sci-Fi Channel? And guest star Gil Gerard in it.
