In doing so, it saved her life. She would've been on the planet as it was attacked. Comes across as a slightly insecure person but loyal. At the end of the first series, she joins the exploration team on Kobol. Whilst on the planet, they have to attack a Cylon firing battery. She cowers and refuses to take part. Crashdown, the teams leader threatens her if she don't do it. Baltar saves her life by shooting Crashdown in a tense stand-off. Back on the Galactica, she finds the courage to shoot Boomer who is shackled and being led away from interrogation.
