Character Profile | | Captain Scarlet is indestructable, he was killed by the Mysterons and replaced with a duplicate. However after falling from a tower, his personality returned and he switched sides. He can be shot, run over or fall from a great height but not die. The only alledge way of killing him is to electrocute him at a very high voltage. This would seem also to be the case for Captain Black, the enemy agent. He is Spectrums principle and most important agent. |

| | Garry | November 18, 2007, 4:00 pm | | I was young when captain scarlet was first shown in the UK. Captain scarlet was 'darker' than say thunderbirds or stingray. Gerry Anderson made the captain scarlet puppets more life like and if you watch the series you will notice you never see the puppets walking! They may fall over or turn round but never walk. This was because it would be impossible to keep the characters life like if they were bobbing up and down as they moved. Who would have thought captain scarlet would return albeit in computer graphics, but return he has and what a return! |
