Character Profile | | Rommie is the name given to the Robot form of Andromeda. The ships computer is called Andromeda in both on screen and holographic form. Harper built Rommie with the looks and physique of the ships holographic avatar.
Rommie being the robot she is, declines all his advances, instead fancies other Robots. This includes her future husband Michael Shanks who appears as a robot in "Star-Crossed". |
Person Profile | | She met her future husband during the making of the first series. He played a robot that she fell in love with in the episode Star Crossed.
After Andromeda finished, she guest starred in Stargate SG-1 as Carolyn Lam. During the fifth series of Andromeda, she was pregnant
with her first child, as a result, she only appeared in holographic form. |
