| Whilst the crew play a form of Basketball, Serenity comes across a wreck in space. Reynolds, Jayne and Zoe board the craft to investigate and see what they can salvage from the ship. The crew of the wreck turns out to be dead, killed and strung up. Reynolds recognises that the way they had been killed is similar to the way Reevers kill their prey. Jayne is attacked by someone from the craft. The crew capture who attacked Jayne and take him back to the Serenity. Simon looks after the victim. River starts to act strangely as though shes scared. An Alliance spacecraft arrives on the scene and the soldiers board the Serenity. River and Simon hide from the Alliance. The rest of the crew are taken aboard the Alliance craft and questioned. When the survivor escapes and kills Alliance soldiers, Reynolds is taken back to the craft to capture the killer. When the survivor attacks the Alliance soldiers, Reynolds holds the man off the leader of the Alliance. The Alliance releases the Serenity in a thank you to saving the Alliance Leaders life. |
