Synopsis |
The film was made to bridge the second and third series. Optimus Prime has been killed and Hot Rod is now leader of the Autobots. Megatron has been expelled from the planet. Cybertron has come under attack from the Unicron, a race of Robots that have a Planet-Destroying spaceship. The Autobots return to protect the planet. During the film, the Autobots and Decepticons put their disagreements aside to combat the Unicron.
