Aaron Doral is a fictional male Kobolian ( 2003 ) in the Battlestar Galactica television series who was played on screen by Matthew Bennett. Aaron Doral is Model Number five in the Cylon humanoid life forms. In the first series, he was often seen with Number Six as they discussed what they wanted to do with Lieutenant Helo and the Number Eight clone that Helo was travelling with.
In the mini-series, Aaron Doral was a clone that was seen on board the Galactica. Aaron was a media executive travelling with the then Education Secretary turned President Laura Roslin before being discovered as a Cylon. Doctor Gaius Baltar identified Aaron as being a Cylon after being tipped off by the Number Six he keep seeing visions of in his head. Aaron protested he's human. As William couldn't decide whether he was or wasn't human, William decided to leave him on Ragnar Station, a secret Colonies weapons station in a region of space that is hostile to the Cylons. Once the Galactica had left the station, a group of Cylons came to rescue Aaron and in doing so it was revealed that Lieutenant Sharon Valerii ( Boomer ) was a Cylon.
Commander William Adama discovered one of Aaron's clones on board the Battlestar Galactica, the clone blew himself up in an apparent suicide attack. As he was a clone, Aaron's memory got transported into a new clone.
