Boba Fett

Boba Fett

Boba Fett is a fictional male in the Star Wars series. The character was portrayed on screen by Jeremy Bulloch (Character) Jason Wingreen (Voice). His allegiance is to no one in the series. Boba Fett is the most famous bounty hunter in Star Wars. With a little help from the Empire, Boba Fett captured Han Solo on Bespin and delivered him to Jabba, the Hutt on Tatooine. Whilst we see him in the episodes (V, VI) in mask form, we see him as a child without his mask in Episode II. He is an unaltered identical clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett who appeared in Star Wars II - Attack of the Clones, the second prequel. He comes to an unfortunate end in the Pit of Sarlacc after being knocked in there by Han Solo. For being the human for which all Stormtroopers are based on, Jango's fee was only to have a copy of his own, his own son.

Attack of the Clones

Boba Fett appears as a child, his father is Jango Fett, the person to whom the Stormtrooper clones are modelled on. Boba Fett doesn't do much as he's quite small, all the fighting happens between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jango Fett on both Kamino and Geonosis. When Jango Fett is killed in combat, Boba Fett inherits the Slave One space ship and travels the universe.

Empire Strikes Back

Boba Fett is now a grown up soldier, using the same style rocket pack gear that his father had in Attack of the Clones. Boba Fett is hired by Jabba, the Hutt to find Han Solo. Boba Fett turns to the Empire to help him catch his target. On Bespin, Darth Vader hands over a frozen Han Solo to Boba Fett who had been captured hours before.

Return of the Jedi

Boba Fett is seen mingling with Jabba, the Hutts palace guests but its not until the Luke Skywalker and Han Solo are about to be thrown into the Sarlacc Pit that Boba Fett gets into action. Boba's fight is brief, he looses his gun early on and then is knocked into Sarlacc Pit accidentally.

With Disney having brought the rights to Star Wars, they have said that they will make films on individual characters, its a dead cert that Boba Fett will have a film based on him. Yoda is rumoured to be the first film to be made. Rumoured to be making a return in "The Force Awakens", it probably won't be him though but a fellow Mandolarian warrior, someone who has a rocket pack on their back like Jango and Boba.
