NGC 1512 Facts Barred Spiral Galaxy in Horologium

NGC 1512 is a barred spiral galaxy object of interest in space. It lies at a distance of 30 Million Ly light years away in the constellation of Horologium.

It is also referred to as NGC(1512) in the New General Catalogue. This is a list of deep space objects that was compiled by John Louis Emil Dreyer in 1888 in an update to John Herschel earlier catalogue.

The Barred Spiral Galaxy's location is 04 03 54.281 (R.A.) and -43 20 55.86 (Dec.). Its Visual (Apparent) Brightness is 11.10 Magnitude . The object can not be seen by the naked eye, you need a telescope to see it.
