NGC 6050 Facts Interacting Spiral Galaxy in Hercules

NGC 6050 is an interacting spiral galaxy object of interest in space. It lies at a distance of 500 Million light years away in the constellation of Hercules.

It is also referred to as NGC(6050) in the New General Catalogue. This is a list of deep space objects that was compiled by John Louis Emil Dreyer in 1888 in an update to John Herschel earlier catalogue.

The Interacting Spiral Galaxy's location is 16:05 (R.A.) and 17:44 (Dec.).
