Jedoga Shadowseeker is one of the few female bosses in the whole of Warcraft. At Christmas, as the boss is a She, she will drop the Christmas Hat for the Christmas achievement. This dungeon is worth visiting just for that item. If you already have the hat, there's no need to come back.
Amanitar is an optional moss creature that only appears in the heroic version of Ahn'khaet, the Old Kingdom. There's nothing of worth for killing him and most people will not waste their time by attempting to kill him.
The final boss is Herald Volazj who will send you mad and fight clones of your colleagues. Easily despatched and a job well done. You've completed Ahn'Kahet, the Old Kingdom and can now move onto the next dungeon.
