Shadowmoon Burial Grounds is a dungeon whose entrance is located in Shadowmoon Valley on the continent of Draenor in the World of Warcraft game. The minimum level for this dungeon is 100. The main anagonist race in this dungeon are Orc. The instance was released in the Warlords of Draenor expansion. The dungeon contains 4 bosses. The end boss of Shadowmoon Burial Grounds is Ner`zhul.
Shadowmoon Burial Grounds is located in the west of the Shadowmoon Valley, Draenor, not to be confused with the same name in Outlands. Killing Ner'zhul creates a time paradox where if he's dead, he can't then be killed by one of Sargeras' minions and then become one of the spirits that guide Arthas the Lich King. Reputation here only occurs when its bonus reputation week, otherwise you will get nothing.
The dungeon drops 570 item level gear on normal, 630 item level gear on heroic and 685 on mythic level dungeons.
The dungeon features one of the warlords that is on the loading screen, Ner'zhul, the Orc that corrupted Arthas. If you kill Ner'zhul, you do create a time paradox which for a game, doesn't really matter.
The location of the Entrance to the dungeon is in the Anguish Fortress in Shadowmoon Valley. When you arrive, you need to go up through some steps and then across to the entrance. The distance to the dungeon isn't that bad though, compared to The Deadmines. You can fly over and into the dungeon entrance if you have flight ability. If you are doing Mythic level dungeon, you will need to make your own way there, you can't use Looking For tool. The coordinates for the entrance is (31,42)
The nearest flight point for the Horde to get to Shadowmoon Burial Grounds is the neutral one at 45,25 which is Exiles Rise. For Alliance, they can simply go to their garrison and travel to the entrance.
Sadana Bloodfury is the first and hardest, Sadana is a female Orc disciple of Ner'zhul, the Orc shaman who has been manipulating the Orcs in Draenor. Sadana will release crystals from above that will fall onto the ground, you must avoid these to stay alive. An add will spawn and must be killed. When the eclipse happens, you must stand on the white circular area to avoid being damaged.
Bonemaw is a giant worm that throws stuff on the floor to be avoid. A rock will be thrown on the ground which you must avoid until the Worm starts to inhale, to avoid being sucked in and throw into the water, you must stand on the area where hands are reaching out of the ground. You must stand too long in the hand area because as well as being helpful avoiding being sucked in it will dish out damage. If you do get thrown into the water, you need to swim to the spouts and jump back onto dry land. The worm will call on his friends to help but you must focus on the main worm and down him.
Nhallish is a bone ghost creature, similar to the first boss in Icecrown Citadel. The adds that get summoned to him must be killed. A player will be phased and an apparition will start running round, that apparition must be solo killed before you are killed.
Ner'zhul, one of the main characters in the Warcraft chronology is the final boss in the dungeon. He is the only warlord you will encounter in any of the dungeons in the game. Ner'zhul will throw stuff on the ground for you to avoid. Every so often he will create an army of skeletons which you need to dps only one down. Once one of the skeletons is down, the path is clear for you to run, The boss tactics are similar to the first boss in Mogu'shan Vaults and Echo of Sylvanas boss in End Time.
