Zul`Gurub Dungeon

Zul`Gurub is a dungeon in the World of Warcraft game. The minimum level for this dungeon is 85. The location of the entrance to Zul`Gurub is in the Northern Stranglethorn zone on the continent of Eastern Kingdoms. The instance was released in the Cataclysm expansion. The dungeon contains 9 bosses. The end boss of Zul`Gurub is Jin`do, the Godbreaker.

Running this dungeon increases your reputation for the Zandalar Tribe faction. How much you get depends on the level and the race of the character. Humans have a racial bonus of diplomacy which means they get more rep from killing and doing things than the other races.

How much you get depends on the level and the race of the character. Humans have a racial bonus of diplomacy which means they get more rep from killing and doing things than the other races. However since Cataclysm which turned it into a dungeon, the rep is no longer available.

It was one of two raids that became dungeons, the other being Zul`Aman in Ghostlands.

The revised dungeon has two bosses that drop two mounts that the player has a chance to get. The Swift Zulian Tiger is no longer available as a drop in Zul`Gurub. The only way you can get the Zulian Tiger is by buying it on the Black Market in game and that they go for a large amount of gold. There is the Swift Zulian Panther and Swift Zulian Raptor still to be got though.

The recommended journey through Zul`Gurub is to go anti-clockwise from the entrance and kill Venoxis first and killing Zanzil last then move into the centre to kill the winged serpent Zin`do.

Zul`Gurub Dungeon Bosses

High Priest Venoxis Tactics

High Priest Venoxis Boss in Zul`Gurub Venoxis will use poison against you to kill you. On the ground, there will be poison trails that will follow players so you need to avoid them at all cost. During the fight, he`ll turn into a giant snake which the tactics will not change, avoid poison and kill boss.

Bloodlord Mandokir Tactics

Bloodlord Mandokir Boss in Zul`Gurub Around the room, you will see ghostly Trolls that have presumably been sacrificed by Mandokir. When Mandokir seemingly one-shots a player, the ghosts will ressurrect the player. However if all the ghosts have been used up, the player will stay dead. Mandokir will get off his mount and attack people, the bone raptor, Oghan will attack the players. You need to kill Oghan before he can kill. Oghan will be resurrected after his death and you will need to kill him again.

Hazza`rah Tactics

This boss has to be summoned and is one of four possible possible bosses that can appear. The boss can only be summoned if one of the player archaeology skill is 225 or greater.

Renataki Tactics

This boss has to be summoned and is one of four possible possible bosses that can appear. The boss can only be summoned if one of the player archaeology skill is 225 or greater.

Gri`lek Tactics

This boss has to be summoned and is one of four possible possible bosses that can appear. The boss can only be summoned if one of the player archaeology skill is 225 or greater.

Wushoolay Tactics

This boss has to be summoned and is one of four possible possible bosses that can appear. The boss can only be summoned if one of the player archaeology skill is 225 or greater.

High Priestess Kilnara Tactics

High Priestess Kilnara Boss in Zul`Gurub When the fight starts, you need to kill the packs of panthers that are spread out around the room because if they all come at the same time, it`ll be a wipe, simply get the tank to lure one group at a time. Over time, Kilnara will eventually turn into a cat-woman and the ceiling will start to crumble, you need to kill her as quickly as possible. The boss has a chance of dropping Swift Zulian Panther.

Zanzil Tactics

Zanzil Boss in Zul`Gurub Around the room are three cauldrons which the player must drink from when Zanzil does his special action. You will need to match the action to the colour, for example, when Zanzil does toxic green, you need to drink from the green cauldron. Zanzil can kill a level 100 if you don`t get to the right cauldron in time.

Jin`do, the Godbreaker Tactics

Jin`do, the Godbreaker Boss in Zul`Gurub This is in two phases, the first phase is simple to kite and kill the spirits and lower Jindos health down. When Jindo`s health is down to 30%, he`ll run off to Hakaar and become immune. You need to lure Spirit warriors onto the platform area so that they can jump and smash the force field around the chains. Only by a Warrior smashes into the chains will the chains be damagable. Once the shields are down, destroy the chains and release Hakaar to kill Jindo.
