Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor) Zone in World of Warcraft, copyright Blizard Ent.

Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor) is a zone on the continent of Draenor in the World of Warcraft game. The zone has a hilly environmental feel to it. . Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor) has quests for players leveled 90-. The area is not controlled by either faction and has quests for both factions. There is one dungeon or raid located in this zone.

Shadowmoon Valley on Draenor is the starting zone for the Alliance races in the Warlords of Draenor expansion.

When Shadowmoon Valley was first encountered in the Burning Crusade, it was a high-level zone and dark, dreary and barron. It contained the Black Temple raid. The updated zone has vegetation and the Black Temple is now the Temple of Karabor. The Temple is Alliance friendly.

There is only one instance here and that is the Shadowmoon Burial Grounds, where you encounter Ner'zhul, one of the warlords. Ner'zhul is an Orc shaman who is responsible part for the Lich King.

How to get to Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor)

Alliance

For the Alliance, it is easy to get to the zone, they only need to teleport to the zone using their Garrison Heathstone. Once in their town hall, they just run out of their town hall and out of the Garrison far enough and you are in Shadowmoon Valley.

Horde

For the Horde, it is a bit of a stretch, you do the same as the Alliance, heathstone to the Garrison and then take flight using the flight paths or using your mounts and get there.
