NGC 604 Facts Nebula in Triangulum

NGC 604 is a nebula object of interest in space. It lies at a distance of 2.7 Million Ly light years away in the constellation of Triangulum.

It is also referred to as NGC(604) in the New General Catalogue. This is a list of deep space objects that was compiled by John Louis Emil Dreyer in 1888 in an update to John Herschel earlier catalogue. NGC 604 was discovered in 1784 by William Herschel.

The Nebula's location is 1:34:33.2 (R.A.) and 30:47:06 (Dec.). Its Visual (Apparent) Brightness is 14.00 Magnitude . The object can not be seen by the naked eye, you need a telescope to see it.
