Fornjot, Moon of Saturn

Fornjot is a Moon that orbits round Saturn rather than the Sun which our Earth orbits round. It was discovered on 12 December 2004 by Scott S. Sheppard, David L. Jewitt and Jan T. Kleyna.

The Semi-Major Axis of the orbit is 25,151,200 km, which is the furthest point from the centre to the edge of an elliptical point.

The mean radius of Fornjot is 3.0 (assuming an albedo of 0.04) km.
