Kiviuq, Moon of Saturn

Kiviuq is a Moon that orbits round the planet Saturn. It is also know by other designations, SXXIV, S/2000 S5. Its mass is estimated/calculated at being 3,297,070,552,813,820 kg. Its density has been calculated at being 2.3. Its volume is 2145.

Kiviuq was discovered on 7 August 2000 by Brett J. Gladman, John J. Kavelaars, Jean-Marc Petit, Hans Scholl, Matthew J. Holman, Brian G. Marsden, Phillip D. Nicholson, and Joseph A. Burns.

The orbital period, i.e. the period it takes to complete an orbit round Saturn is 449 days. The figure is also known as the sidereel period. The figure comes from N.A.S.A..
